A Power of Attorney is a legal document that allows someone to make decisions for you and act on your behalf. This could be just a temporary situation if you’re in hospital, for example, and need help with everyday tasks such as paying bills.
During January BPE Solicitors will draw up your Power of Attorney for a fixed donation that will go directly to LINC. There are two types Financial or Welfare.
One Power of Attorney – £250
Two Powers of Attorney – £300
Four Powers of Attorney – £500
This is well below the normal costs and would also be benefiting the charity.
Places are limited so please email Claire on claire.charlton2@nhs.net who will make an appointment with BPE for you.
