Cheltenham Triathlon
The Cheltenham Triathlon is a fun super sprint event which raises funds for two charities and is designed for competitor’s aged 17 and above who enjoy a personal or team challenge.
The event is managed in partnership with Sandford Lido Ltd and LINC.
Wave starts will be used with participants starting at scheduled times. This is an early morning event with start times between 7.00am and 10.00am.
The entry cost to all participants is £23.00. Entry costs cannot be refunded once paid. Please send cheques made payable to ‘Sandford LINC’ (do not send cash).
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the cycle and run routes so you know where you are going on the day. This is a fun event and you will notice numerous junctions and traffic lights on the cycle route and you must adhere to the Highway Code throughout.

- All applicants must be aged 17 years or over.
- All participants must wear a cycle helmet throughout the cycle section.
- Persons with a reasonable level of fitness should only participate in this event. Entry is entirely at your own risk.
- Entry must be pre-registered; applications will not be accepted after Saturday 3rd September 2011.
- Prizes awarded for the highest fundraiser and trophies awarded to first placed male, first placed female and first placed team.
- *NEW* We will be providing results for age group categories, Junior 17-19, Senior 20-39, Veteran 40, 50 & 60.
- *NEW* Prizes for the best dressed individual and team in fancy dress. Almost anything goes!
Details of start times and your race number will follow receipt of completed application forms. The event has become very popular so please be patient whilst we process the entry forms.
