Disabled facilities: Special arrangements for car parking is made for blue badge holders, please have your badge on visible display within your vehicle and please follow the directional signage on the evening. Toilet facilities are available onsite.

Picnics: This concert is not picnic style. There will be a selection of hot and cold food and drinks available onsite as well as a fully licensed bar. Hospitality packages are available from www.lincfund.org

Please note the following items:
No seating or shelter is provided in the concert arena. Gazebos and tented structures are not permitted. Under 16’s need to be accompanied by an adult - a minimum of one adult per four under 16’s. Dogs/pets are not permitted onto the concert arena except for assistance dogs. No picnics, drinks, glass or plastic bottles, barbecues, naked flames, fireworks, floating lanterns, sparkers or lawn candles will be permitted on the site. The use of recording equipment is not permitted. You are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing; this concert will take place even in wet weather conditions. Please bring a torch as the concert will finish in darkness. The concert will go ahead in inclement weather. Toilets are located within the concert arena, which will include a disabled facility. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol, bars will be available on site, and we do ask that you drink responsibly.
